1. Spicy Food
Korean is fond of eating super spicy foods. Spicy foods contain capsaicin, which is the compound that gives spicy to the food. Spicy food makes us perspire and we all know that perspiration secretes fluid from our skin in most parts of the body. With this, our inner skin is being cleaned because this process flushes out the bacteria which results to a gorgeous skin.
2. Green Tea
